AUSTIN, Texas - PR Newswire reports on the US Money Reserve hosting a special dinner in honor of their partnership with the U.S. Navy Memorial Foundation (USNMF) earlier this month. Guest of honor and president & CEO of USNMF, retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Frank Thorp, was welcomed in Austin at the historic Driskell Hotel. The US Money Reserve continues to honor veterans and support the USNMF through events like this and by donating $5 to the organization from each Pearl Harbor coin purchased.
According to a press release, Thorp captivated U.S. Money Reserve team members throughout the evening and spoke on the partners' shared vision in supporting veterans. "RADM Thorp reflected on how rare it is to have two organizations with such similar core values – including integrity, respect, and camaraderie – come together in pursuit of a shared mission: to provide the highest level of service and continually appreciate our service men and women," says the release. In a gesture of appreciation, RADM Thorp presented every team member in attendance a U.S Navy Memorial Challenge Coin. Additionally, a highly regarded Flag of Valor was unveiled at the dinner to the U.S. Money Reserve team.
