NEws Blip: Trademarked Material May Enhance RV Production
InnoVator RV Has Plans Worth In The $2.5 Million, To Build A New Factory In Bristol That Will Produce Polymer RVs
It's only a matter of time before RV production changes with the advancing technology altering the world as we know it. InnoVator RV in Bristol, IN has began development of a new factory that will produce 'polymer RVs.' It's interesting to think innovators like this are working hard to give consumers a piece of machinery that will last longer and withstand more damage due to a trademarked material.
Mark Peterson, from WNDU, speaks with InnoVator co-owner Phillip Biscan and relays what he says in his article: "This material, we believe, is the strongest in the industry. We have it trademarked as Parma Shield. And it's just strong, just strong as all get out. It’s so strong that Parma Shield accounts for every fiber of the InnoVator unibody chassis." Weighing at some 3,700 pounds, the polymer RV is said to be about 1,000 pounds lighter than traditional vehicles of similar size, so the InnoVator slide out is bigger (88 inches long and 48 inches wide) and the ceilings are higher.
