UPI Reports On Cats Who Go On Adventures With Their Owners While Sledding, Hiking, And Experiencing The Great Outdoors
Outdoor enthusiasts, and Ashley, adopted their cats Weston and Ellinore one year ago and take them on regular trips into the outdoors. Some of their many activities include hiking and even sledding in the snow. These cats are considered Adventure Cats.
As UPI writer Daniel Uria relates in his article: "When we first got them we knew we wanted to take them out," he told Q13. "We had them socializing with anything and anybody." The two cats took quickly to the adventurous lifestyle and eventually began leading the expeditions themselves. "There's typically a warm up period when we take them out," said. "But they're really good. They just lead and we follow."
