European market leader Hobby, which has been producing caravans and motorhomes in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany for more than 50 years, introduced three new 2019 models of its popular Vantana campervans at the Touristik & Caravaning show in Leipzig this November. The new models include the Ontour for budget-conscious campers, the well-equipped all-rounder De Luxe, and the luxurious Premium. Also on display at Leipzig, the company’s HobbyConnect show caravan demonstrated how vehicle functions, such as lighting, heating and air conditioning, can be controlled remotely using a smartphone or tablet.
“With the three Vantana model ranges, our focus is now on all target groups and we are catering to the various different needs of campers. Our vans went down very well with the people who visited our stand in Dusseldorf. We are confident that the new Vantana will be a hit in Leipzig as well,” Division Manager Manfred Taedcke said in a press release.
