Ownership of a Dayton-area campground has changed hands. Dayton KOA Holiday in Brookville sold for $6.7 million, according to Montgomery County property records. The site, located at 7796 Wellbaum Road, was purchased by Kampgrounds of America Inc. (KOA) — a system of privately held campgrounds.
