COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Since yesterday, May 15, the second annual Colorado Springs Crafts and Drafts Passport has been available with delicious drink deals throughout the region. The beverage-based passport concept was developed by the Colorado Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB), and a portion of the $125,000 campaign is funded by a Colorado Tourism Office regional marketing grant. Travelers to Colorado Springs, CO can savor their way through the area using digital deals at 24 local breweries, distilleries and coffee houses. Patrons who collect at least five redemption codes from the locations earn a free 2018 Crafts and Drafts T-shirt. Each redemption also provides users 10 entries to win a grand-prize getaway in Colorado Springs at The Cliff House.
According to the press release by the CVB, the updated, digital version of this year’s free passport highlights the destination’s diverse craft beverage scene. The passport invites beverage beginners and connoisseurs from across Colorado’s Front Range and beyond to enjoy the Pikes Peak region one glass at a time and showcases two dozen unique, locally-crafted and owned beverage companies. Colorado continues to make its mark on the adult beverage industry with more than 284 craft breweries state-wide and an economic impact of $3 billion.
