The Denver Post Reports On Wheat Ridge's New Base Camp Project Which Will Combine Outdoor Recreation With Co-Working Space
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, is undergoing a new project, known as Base Camp. This plan will be combining the outdoor recreation with co-working space around the Ward Station real estate area.
As The Denver Post writer John Aguilar relates in his article: "The plan calls for a complex in the mold of Galvanize or Shift in Denver, that “imagines an outdoor oriented, co-working development as a primary organizing element,” according to a vision document drafted by consultancy Parsons Brinckerhoff and presented last month at the Urban Land Institute’s TOD Marketplace conference in Denver."
