The Tree And Landscaping Business Owned By Derek Skapes Expands Into Outdoor Clothing And Soil Supplements

Everarbor Co., owned by Derek Skapes, is expanding from a landscaping business to soil supplements and outdoor apparel. The new soil supplement line, called Ecobrew, is produced by taking brew waste and coffee grounds and turning it into an organic soil supplement. Its clothing line has been running since 2015, and is designed locally.
As Cleveland Business writer Rachel A. McCafferty relates in her article: "The next big thing Skapes is looking at is a possible location for a storefront presence for Everarbor, which he hopes to get up and running by late spring or early summer of 2017. He plans to offer Ecobrew refills for a discounted rate — or to give people cash back — if customers bring back the buckets in which the product is sold. He said that and the apparel will be a good draw for a physical location."
