Out & About Live Reports On French Automobile Company Citroën's New Campervan Concept That Is Medium-Sized And Enhanced For Comfort
An impressive Euro camper van introduced from French manufacturer SpaceTourer is in the limelight now as the concept hits home with surf fans. It is fitted with 17-inch aluminium wheels and there is satin grey protective covers on the front and rear bumpers. The camper is fitted with a 4x4 conversion by Automobiles Dangel and is powered by Citroën’s BlueHDi 150 S&S engine coupled to a six-speed manual gearbox.
Out And About Live describes in its article: "Citroën has worked with surf company, Rip Curl, and German campervan manufacturer, Pössl, to create the new campervan, which is currently only a concept, although Pössl already makes Citroën-based campervans and motorhomes that it sells in some European markets under its own name." Comfort is the name of the game and it is one of the features that people value the most. In the SpaceTourer's “night-time” configuration, the vehicle can sleep four in two double bunks. The back seat folds out to create a flat sleeping space thanks to a mattress topper.
