The Game Chef Writer And TV Show Star Angelo Georgalli Spends His Time Hunting And Teaching Others How To Cook Wild Meat
Many people are afraid of the idea of hunting and cooking their own wild meat. But for Angelo Georgalli from New Zealand, its not only his pass time, but part of his career. Georgalli is the writer of the book "The Game Chef", and also stars in a TV show with the same name. He loves teaching others new recipes and tips.
As The Register Guard writer Gary Lewis relates in his article: "He moved from Cyprus as a boy and learned to hunt as a young teenager in London, heading out to the countryside to camp and explore on weekends. He traveled the world, cooked for a year in Italy then slowed down to raise his family in New Zealand. There he started hunting again in earnest while he built a chain of delicatessens."
