New Division in Lippert Serves To Educate Businesses on Leadership Development & More

ELKHART, Ind. - Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI) recently announced that it has launched the Lippert Academy for Leadership, led by Dustin Kaehr in his new role of Director of the academy. The Lippert Academy for Leadership is a separate division within LCI. The Academy serves external businesses, nonprofits, and individuals with a variety of programs and offerings, including on-site training and leadership development programs, executive coaching, speaking engagements, and a two-day in-house leadership development experience.
According to a press release, "The Lippert Academy for Leadership builds on and shares what LCI has learned through its mission to align business and cultural strategies to impact the lives of its 11,000 team members in over 65 facilities across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Since beginning this mission, the Company’s attrition has dropped from over 120 percent to below 30 percent in the last six years." The educational program is open to any and all interested companies and businesses and is not specific to any one industry or company size. "We’ve helped companies with strategic planning, leadership training, and the development and implementation of core values and mission statements,” said Kaehr in the press release. “These successes are just the beginning of what we hope to accomplish through the Lippert Academy for Leadership. We are excited to share our knowledge and tools with other like-minded businesses."
