The Bulletin Reports On Couple Who Learned To Sync Each Others Outdoor Passions In Order To Enjoy Endless Adventures Together
Liz Elhoffer and Joey Jannsen from Bend, Oregon are a couple who both happen to be outdoor enthusiasts. Liz is a surfer and snowboarder, while Joey is a climber. As a way of spending outdoor time with each other, the couple learned their partners sport. Now, they get to enjoy endless adventures together.
As The Bulletin writer Peter Madsen relates in his article: “Joey is so athletic, he picked right up on them,” Elhoffer said. “In Sri Lanka, he was surfing some real waves.”Jannsen said he likes the new places their newly acquired skills have taken them.“It’s been awesome. We get to spend more time together,” he said. “Liz is really good at teaching. She’s super patient and willing to hang out while I wipe out all the time.”
