Lippert Offers Tours, Training During Elkhart Open House

ELKHART, Ind. — Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI) is offering guided tours of its two of its facilities to dealers and other industry members attending the upcoming Elkhart Open House, September 23-26. Tours of the Lippert Aftermarket Customer Service and Call Center in South Bend, IN, will offer insights into daily call center operations as well as the live simulation lab where call center reps learn to troubleshoot issues in real-time. Tours will also be offered of LCI’s newly renovated Aftermarket Sales Showroom and Technical Training Center in Mishawaka, IN. Both tours are available by request only. Both facilities are located close to the South Bend International Airport (SBN), making them a convenient stop on the way to or from Elkhart. From Monday, Sept. 23 to Wed., Sept. 25, the LCI Training Institute in Mishawaka is also offering drop-in tours and free one-hour training sessions on subjects that include Solera Awnings, Schwintek Slide-outs, OneControl, Ground Control Electric Leveling, LevelUp Hydraulic Leveling, Solid and Kwikee Steps, and F.A.S.T. Track Slide-outs.
