Lazydays Releases Second Quarter Results

TAMPA, Fla. – Lazydays Holdings, owner of the world’s largest recreational dealership based in Tampa, Florida, as well as dealerships in Arizona, Minnesota, Tennessee and Colorado, announced revenues for the second quarter ending June 30 of $168.5 million, up $6.4 million, or 4%, from 2018 results. Significant events during the quarter included the acquisition of Alliance Coach Inc. in Ocala, FL, and the completion of a 30,000 square foot RV service facility, with 20 additional service bays, at its Minnesota dealership.
William Murnane, chairman and CEO of Lazydays, said in a news release that management remains committed to expanding the company’s geographic footprint. “During the second quarter, we completed the construction and commenced operations of our state-of-the-art service facility – greatly expanding service capacity at our Minnesota dealership,” he said. “Our acquisition of Alliance Coach adds a dealership with a strong service reputation and expands our footprint in a fast-growing area of Florida.”
