Go RVing Invests Millions In Kick Off To Camping Season Campaign

The RV Industry Association (RVIA) announced that it will invest millions of dollars in an advertising campaign that will run February through mid-July. Go RVing’s Kick Off to Camping Season campaign is designed to drive traffic to RV dealers nationwide and ignite consumer interest. The campaign combines digital and traditional ads with local tie-ins and sponsored editorial coverage. Centerpiece of the campaign is the RV Reveal at RVX: The RV Experience which will be livestreamed through a custom microsite on GoRVing.com on March 12, 2019 from Salt Lake City. In addition, nine magazines, matching the nine RV lifestyle categories featured in The Reveal, will provide editorial coverage of the show. Both The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Discovery Networks’ MotorTrend TV will be filming content at RVX.

Now more than ever, there really is an RV that’s right for everyone,” Karen Redfern, Vice President of Brand Marketing and Communications for Go RVing, said in a press release. “As winter draws to a close and thoughts turn to summer vacation plans, the Kick Off to Camping will ignite interest in adventure, exploration and affordable travel.”
