WORCESTER, Mass. - Telegram.com reports that the president of Fuller RV dealer and rental service has admitted to filing false tax returns in federal court. Robert Fuller, of Fuller RV Rentals & Sales at 150 Shrewsbury St., pleaded guilty to two counts of filing false tax returns in U.S. District Court in Worcester, according to records.
According to a news release from U.S. Attorney Andrew E. Lelling, Fuller cashed checks in 2015 without reporting the cash on his corporate or personal tax returns. As stated in the Telegram article by Brad Petrishen , "Fuller, 64, is set to be sentenced June 15. The charge of filing a false tax return is punishable by up to three years in prison, three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $100,000.
