Tenants at Magnolia RV Park in Donna, Texas, have filed a lawsuit against the RV park over rent money that was not reimbursed, The money is close to $6,000, according to Martha Harper who lived at Magnolia Village for 14 years with her husband, Donald. The couple says management promised their rent money back as they no longer live at the park, but that hasn't happened. Valley Central writer, Sydney Hernandez, relays in her article, "The couple moved out of the Donna RV park after the 55 and over RV park changed the rules to allow anyone to live inside the park. However, they had already paid a full year's rent ahead of time for five trailers." The Harpers were promised their money in October, and according to them no money has arrived. The Harpers are in the process of filing a lawsuit against Magnolia Village RV Park. This is the second lawsuit filed against Magnolia Village RV Park.
