EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Designed to be the brake control of the future, CURT’s new Echo Mobile Brake Control received a Global Media Award at the 2018 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, NV. The portable, compact unit plugs into any standard RV vehicle-trailer wiring connection and wirelessly connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth, using the Smart Control app to monitor all trailer brake activity. The Echo, first of its kind, is compatible with most Apple and Android phones and stores multiple vehicle-trailer profiles for easy transfer between towing setups.
The International News Media Association (INMA), which gives awards to companies for breakthrough results, unique concepts and innovative thinking, called the Echo one of the best new products at this year's SEMA Show citing a high level of international consumer appeal.
