RVDA Expo Sets Up Panel To Give Legal Advice To Dealers

FAIRFAX, Va. - RVDA, National RV Dealers Association, announces the panel of RV industry legal experts attending the 2018 RV Dealers Convention Expo on Wednesday, Nov. 7 to offer attendees their best ideas or advice for preventing and defending lawsuits against a dealership. The RV Dealers Convention/Expo is scheduled for Nov. 5 - 9 at Paris Las Vegas, and the panel plans to take stage at 3:15 - 4:30 p.m. on November 7. The goal is to educate RV dealerships on how to navigate lawsuits and avoid costly payouts.
In a press release, the topics to be covered by the “Super Lawyers Panel: How to Protect Your Dealership from Lawsuits” session were laid out. For example, key subjects include: Preventing problems before the sale and how to effectively respond to claims. “The panel is an excellent opportunity for dealers and their employees to learn some pro-active steps to resolve disputes before they escalate into expensive and time-consuming litigation,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. Track workshops developed by the Mike Molino RV Learning Center will also be available and include targeted content on dealer/GM, F&I, sales, social media/eMarketing, fixed operations as well as rental operations.
