Lazydays To Acquire Alliance Coach

TAMPA, Fla. – As part of its geographic expansion policy, Lazydays Holdings, Inc. has signed a letter of intent to purchase Alliance Coach Inc., a top RV dealership located outside Ocala, Florida. The dealership has a strong service presence, and represents top RV brands including Thor, Forest River, Holiday Rambler, Renegade and Vanleigh. After the acquisition closes in approximately 60 days, Alliance Coach will be rebranded as Lazydays RV of Central Florida. Lazydays RV dealer currently operates six dealerships in Florida, Colorado, Arizona, Minnesota and Tennessee, including the world’s largest RV dealership, complete with its own restaurant and 300-site full-service campground, outside of Tampa, Florida.
