Jayco Now Providing Better Customer Service

MIDDLEBURY, Ind. - Jayco Inc. announced that beginning Oct. 29 its customer service department will be available from 8 am until 5 pm in all time zones, coast to coast, Monday through Friday, which means they will be adding hours of service for better ways to please their customers. This change, provides dealers in every location across the US and Canada access to the Jayco call center during their regular business hours for parts, service and support.
As stated in a press release: “Jayco has built a reputation over the past 50 years of providing exceptional industry leading customer service. This change is another example of us listening to our dealers and rolling out the extended hours to ensure our customers have the best possible experience” said Matt Thompson, Jayco COO. “We truly value our dealer partners and hope that these new hours provide them with better peace of mind” says Steve Claude, vice president of customer service. “We will continue to innovate through technology and personnel to provide excellent customer service.” Jayco’s tenured customer service team is highly trained and offers exceptional product knowledge. They are dedicated to answering complex technical questions, tackling issues and resolving all RV dealers’ needs.
