According to a press release, Miller heard an anecdote about an RVing couple that was stranded for two weeks, waiting on RV parts, he saw a new opportunity, so the company is looking to optimize how fast RV parts can get to dealerships and service centers to reduce wait time. Engine 23 is currently on a mission to hear from RV enthusiasts, already reaching out to people in North Carolina, Michigan, Colorado and California. Miller’s hope is that suppliers will experience an increase in revenue by automating their online presence through Engine 23.
