LANSING, Mich. - Air Lift, a family-owned suspension specialty company, announced the release of new load support kits specifically designed for the 2019 Ford Ranger, a popular tow vehicle for RVs. The new LoadLifter 5000 and LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air spring kits work with the existing suspension to provide extra support when towing or hauling, eliminating problems like squat, trailer sway, and poor headlight aim. Both units include a pair of double-bellow, fully-adjustable air springs, adjustable from 5-100 PSI. The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate also incorporates an internal jounce bumper, designed to prevent bottoming out. Wired, wireless and automatic on-board air compressor systems are available for convenient inflation and deflation of the air springs, including the newly redesigned WirelessONE system.
With roots in the early days of stock car racing, the Air Lift Company was founded in Lansing in 1949, receiving its first patent in 1950. Its products include load support systems specifically engineered for over 540 vehicles as well as air helper springs for trucks, RVs, SUVs, CUVs and vans. Air Lift kits feature easy no-drill installation, and its load support kits come with a lifetime warranty, unique in the industry, which covers the entire contents of the kit. Now operated by the third generation of its founding family, the company received the Gold Award in the “Tow Vehicle Suspension Enhancement” category of the 2018 Trailer Life Readers’ Choice Awards.
Air Lift products are available at retailers in the U.S. and around the world. For additional information, visit the Air Lift Company website.
