Young RV Execs Targeted At RVDA Training

FAIRFAX, Va. - Gabrielle and Brian Bosché of The Millennial Solution, the country’s fastest growing millennial consulting firm, will present a special course, “People Join People, Not Companies: A Leader’s Impact on Employee Retention and Motivation,” at the 2019 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, coming up Nov. 11-15 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The halfâ€day training will focus on how RV Young Executives can grow as leaders and equip attendees with practical skills. Part of the RVDA Expo’s Young RV Executive track which focuses on the professional development of younger dealership managers, the course is sponsored by Gulf Stream Coach, Inc.
“It’s extremely important to support the development of the next generation of RV dealers and dealership managers,” Dan Shea of Gulf Stream Coach, said in a news release. “We are pleased to be able to sponsor this program for Young RV Executives held in conjunction with the RVDA convention.” The course is limited to 50 participants.
