Over a journey of 160 miles, Jevin McQuate and Nathan Lane amassed a following — everyone was fascinated by the pair traveling from the Mohican River in Loudonville to the Ohio River in Marietta in a canoe.For exactly one week in June, the 17-year-olds paddled through three rivers, encountering a variety of creatures and characters along the way.
