KION Right Now Reports Michigan University Study Showing New Trend In RV Business
A recent study conducted by the University of Michigan shows a new trend in the RV business. Not only is there a comeback in the industry, but it is being driven by younger individuals. The study found that the biggest group of RV owners belongs to the ages of 35-54; an age group that most RV dealers are now starting to target.
Paul Dudley states in his article that the reason behind this shift, is due to the fact that RV’s are now found to be safer and much more tech savvy than older models. Some features include touchscreen controls, fireplaces, king beds, and ovens. "Everything you would want in your home you can now have on your home on the road," says RV Marketing Director Jules Wilson.
