BusinessDen Reports On A $2.6 Million Investment At Las Colonias Park In Grand Junction & Proposed Zipline To Be Built Across The Colorado River
Sarah and Thaddeus Shrader of Bonsai Design are launching their newest development, a $2.6 million one to be exact, at the Las Colonias Park in Grand Junction, Colorado. On July 19, the Grand Junction City Council approved request for Bonsai Design to receive $1 million from the city and pay $20,000 per year for a 25-year land lease. As an extra draw to tourists and locals, the Shraders also plan to build a zipline across the Colorado River.
BusinessDen writer Kate Tracy relates in her article: "During their tenure of running the ropes of a Grand Junction-based zipline and challenge course manufacturer, the husband-and-wife duo has completed high-altitude projects in 20 states." Bonsai Design is an organization that creates newsworthy adventure course programs for areas wanting to bring in more visitors who will seek a thrill.
