While on the road, traveling from one place to the other and trying all kind of different adventures (and foods), sometimes aspects of life like fitness and exercise become more secondary simply because of lack of convenience or the lack of a nearby gym. The Forest City Summit in Utah talked to local couple Lance & Stef Adinaro about the importance of eating habits and finding balance in the lifestyle.
Rae Yost relates in her article: "Finding exercises that use objects along the road, 'is part of the fun,' Stef Adinaro says. The couple also finds attractions along travel routes that travelers can use as part of fit traveling. 'There is so much compression that happens when we sit. We recommend the rule of getting out of your RV at least every two hours' explains Adinaro. The Adinaros [always] have [their] list of recommended stops such as the world's largest ball of twine and other quirky sights. 'It's such a fun way to travel!'"
