The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) recently announced the 2018 NATDA Dealer Satisfaction Report, a new survey aimed at giving trailer dealers a way to communicate directly with industry manufacturers. Dealers across the country will rate trailer manufacturers on eleven key categories, ranging from overall dealer communication to dealership warranty support. The results will be kept confidential, but shared with manufacturers so they can review and improve their procedures and policies.
“We wanted to find a way to give dealers the ability to voice their opinions – in a confidential manner – directly to manufacturers. Hopefully, these manufacturers take this information and adjust their business operations to better potential areas of concern,” says Jesse Battle, NATDA executive director. The 2018 NATDA Dealer Satisfaction Report is open to any trailer dealer interested in participating, whether a NATDA member or not. To participate, email jeremiahd@natda.org or call 727-360-0304.
