The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reports a wide range of recalls currently underway affecting recreational vehicles and towables by a number of manufacturers, including a widespread defect in trailer axles used by many companies that may have insufficiently greased inner hub bearings, leading to failure.
