We offer space for RV for $225/month includes water/sewers/trash! Each site has its own electric meter. Each space has its own water/sewer connection. The park has trash cans and garbage is picked up once a week.

For a limited time, we also offer reduce price of $149/month to RV, park model or tiny home, moving in for the first 6 months with a 12-month lease.

For a limited time, we also offer 12-months FREE RENT for people who move in their mobile homes to our park.

All need to be in a good working order, but other than that, there is no age nor size restrictions!
