We have been coming to Western Village several years now. I use to come here in the 90's as well. Nice campground to come to. We like it in the fall as well for Halloween. Kinda wish they would go back to using the stage like they use to, think that was in the 1980's. Be nice if they could get bigger name music people but then that costs money.
Great place for a stop over. Convenient to the interstate. Staff is very friendly and the bathhouse is spotless!!
This is the first time at this campground. Our site was next to permanent sites and those sites were definitely old. We couldn't site under our canopy because there sewage line was not sealed so we had a continuous smell. The Holloween festivities were great, haunted trail was a cool feature. I would go again but wouldn't want to be near the permanent or seasonal sites.
