The CAPRA, awarded the Chesterfield County Parks and Recreation Department with the prestigious CAPRA accreditation at the National Recreation and Park Association annual conference in Indianapolis. Chesterfield is the first Parks & Rec Department in the Richmond region, 11th in the state, to earn this accreditation.
