RVDA Honors Duane Spader With Titan Award

FAIRFAX, Va. - Duane Spader, the founder of Spader Business Management, will receive the RV Dealer Association (RVDA) Titan Award for 2019. “This award is a way for the RVDA Board of Directors to honor Duane for all the help he has provided to RV dealers over the years,” RVDA Chairman of the Board Mike Regan of Crestview RV Center said in a news release. “There are many dealers who would tell you that they may not be in business if not for Duane’s guidance. Through his company, Spader Business Management, Duane has had a positive impact on more than 20,000 dealership employees and their families.”

Duane is a founding member of RVDA and served as its president in 1974-75. He was inducted into the RV/MH Hall of Fame in 2004 and received RVDA’s James B. Summers Award in 1990. Spader and his team developed the RVDA/Spader 20 Group program, creating a top-to-bottom management system for dealerships. The Titan Award will be presented at the RVDA Annual Meeting at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nov. 11-15.
