Wood components company Patrick Industries, Inc. has recently acquired Vacuplast, LLC, known as L.S. Manufacturing, Inc., which supplies thermoformed plastic parts to the RV industry. "In addition to increasing our RV content per unit, complementing our existing product portfolio at our Charleston operations, and bringing new and innovative product lines, the acquisition of LS Mfg. allows us the opportunity to further expand our presence and capabilities in the growing plastics market.” said Todd Cleveland, Patrick CEO. 

Patrick Industries will continue to use LS Mfg.’s existing facilities and brand name for its operations. Furthermore, the president of Patrick Industries says they will not only support LS Mfg. financially and operationally, but that their aim is to also maintain a creative entrepreneurial spirit.
