The Indian Nations Council of the Boy Scouts of America has raided funds to crate adventure camp at Oklahoma scout ranch for a gathering of Boy Scouts in the area. The Jack Zink Adventure Base, ZBASE, is what the new facility will be called, and the plan is to attract 1,000 scouts per week for a one-week stay at the camp filled with plenty of fun activities.

Tulsa World writer John Klein relays in his article: "The programs include: aerial adventure (sky trail/climbing), ATV course, base camp (jet skis/sailboats/scuba/kayak/canoe/fishing), cable wake park (wake boarding), extreme wilderness survival, mountain bike course, Native American adventure and much more." Housing will consist of either yurts, tree houses, or Adirondacks cabins. ZBASE will help put the city of Tulsa on the outdoor adventure map.
