David and Brenda Bott organized a movement called Outside Our Bubble, which operates an annual RV rally for RVers at no cost, called OOBerfest. The RV rally is considered more of a gathering as it doesn't cost any money to attend. It is in the middle of the desert on BLM land and the only cost is firewood.
