"not very nice"

Stayed 10/22/2020 left 20/23/2020We stayed at this rv resort and the lady saw me come from the trailer to the laundry room and she came in there and asked me if I came from spot # and I said yes and then she said that check out is at 12pm and she had someone else coming in for the spot we where in and we need to leave and it was only 11 and so I went back to the trailer and Packed up but there where only 7 other trailers there so I don't know why she was rude to use

"Poor Managment - Narrow Roads - Cell coverage poor"

When we pulled up at the ?Stop Here Sign? we saw a woman in a yellow KOA shirt getting on her golf cart. As soon as she saw us, she shook her head in obvious annoyance that she had to go back into the office. I thought to myself ?well that?s a great greeting.? But, I?m a kill them with kindness type of person so I smiled and said hi. I saw here name was Linda. We are VIP KOA members and have camped all over the United States (30 states so far) in many, many KOA?s. I wanted to use some of my KOA reward points to take some money off of our stay and she told me that?s not allowed for 1 night stays. I know that?s a lie because I have used that reward many times for one night stays. Linda seemed annoyed that I even asked but I did not want to push the issue. After research I found out Linda is the owner of this KOA. And many people have had issue with the way she can treat some people. Honestly, I?ve never come across such a unpleasant worker or owner at a KOA as Linda was. With Camping at a KOA I have certain expectations. And one of them is the KOA motto of ?Making it Great?. Linda is failing at that. First impressions really are everything. And Linda failed miserably at KOA?s ?Making it Great? motto. I did not use the facilities so I can not review that part. Both directions into the camp you have very narrow roads with sharp blind curves. If you come from the west you will have to cross a narrow one vehicle at a time bridge. The cell service is 1 bar AT

"Middle of nowhere..."

It is about a 20 minute drive off the freeway, down very small and narrow roads. You drive a way to get there and when you think you are lost, drive a little further. It is VERY quiet and VERY far away from everything. If you are staying for a few days, it is a nice spot, if you are just spending one night, there may be places closer to your route. Lady was nice enough, but all business. Park had miniature golf and a very large playground. Was a little overgrown and could stand some cleaning up. Dog park is small and was not mowed, weeds were to my dog's stomach. Place just had a kind of dirty feel to it.
