Aug 26 , 2019"Lots of Highway noise"
We stayed here one night on our way thru Kansas to Colorado. They placed us in the back of the park between two full timers whose RVs were old and run down. Not sure why they did this when they had plenty of open sites up front with the other travel thru RVers. The front part of the KOA is modern with a pool, play ground and dog park. The grass in the dog park was very tall and in desperate need of mowing. Bath houses were ok, could use some updating. They have a huge pond on site, when were there it was raining so there were lots of mosquitos and lots of mud. Some of the pad sites are very short and we noticed larger RVs with tows had difficulty getting out of their sites. The worst part was the HWY noise at night which made it difficult to sleep. OK for a one night stay. Staff was friendly!
