very Quiet

Very quiet park even though it is so big. Super convenient to Sierra Vista, tombstone, Bisbee and other great locations. Management is fantastic. I would stay here again!

Winter Roost

This is our 2nd year wintering here. We leased lots 2 years ago and have a storage shed and a large LP tank on site. It is an EZ 20-minute drive to Sierra Vista for regular shopping and services. Tucson is only an hour scenic drive away with plenty of health food stores, the airport and big city amenities, if needed. This park is quiet and the sunsets are amazing!
