"Pine lake"

Although it?s NOT completely done it looks nice. There are a Lot?s of cottages only got to see 1 on tour. It was a very nice one bedroom with a Great view of the Lake. The pool is Nice and the common area?s will be great. The Bath Houses and laundry will be Nice & plenty for Everyone. Now for The Seasonal & Monthly rates ..... well let?s say it caters to the wealthy Group. And not for the average to middle Class campers in the area. It leans more to the New York Connecticut $$$$ Crowd. The rates maybe ok for California. But for Us Middle class people looking for a Nice new campground it?s out of Reach. The RV Sites aren?t as big as one would think for the high price there asking. And instead of Having Rv lots with room for a average 10 x10 screen house to Keep the Mosquitoes out you maybe out of Luck and Have flat ground to put it on. There?s just enough room for your 5 wheel or Class A Bus. They said some sites are longer but that will cost you. The Rates are 4 to 6 K higher than Anything in this Area. Including pine Acres. At roughly $6500.00 a Season. And it?s Gravel sites no cement pads to Park on it set a Picnic table on. The roads Aren?t paved either just Dirt. For the price you should at minimum have a Cement pad for Your Tables and or Chairs. Lots of written Rules and Everything you do or want to do needs to be in writing. And Approved. I?m Very Disappointed in what they are Asking for a seasonal Rate. This is Just my opinion. No mention of discounts for Ret. Veterans, Police Fire Etc. I hope it works out for you at those Rates & your happy spending that much. Not including electricity. $8800. To $10,200. For an average site up to 45 ft. Just is way off. If they were 4K for I could see it. And would expect it. But not That. Too bad was hoping for something Reasonable. Nice people but. The average retired folk can?t afford that price. Again just my O. P. Good luck.
