About This Property

Located in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina just 7 minutes off I-95 near the town of Latta. We’re proud to offer a restful, welcoming spot for travelers. Whether you’re a snowbird escaping the chill, a road tripper on the go, In the area for work, or an RVer looking for a place to stay a while, we’re here to make your stay easy, relaxing, and fun.
We just opened our new phase in September 2024, and we are anticipating opening our new office facility in Summer 2025. This building will house a larger, additional laundry room, exercise room, shower facilities, park store, and a large common area room to hang out and have some fun.

"Love this beautiful park"

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our brief stay at this awesome park!!! Took advantage of the beautiful canopied trails, found the pond and wonderful dog park. We even saw a turkey!!! The indoor facilities are amazing - Gym, billiards, laundry. So impressed with the pristine set up! Great service guiding us into our spot as well. Booked this park for a quick overnight stay, but enjoyed our time there so much. Serene train whistle in the distance lulled us to sleep?

"Fabulous stay!"

Pull through sites are nice and long! Since we were just doing an overnight we didn?t have to unhook the travel trailer from the truck as both fit in the site. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful with directions. Will definitely be staying there again!!

"Great Park"

This is a very nice park. The sites are very well kept. They responded to my reservation quickly. The folks that greeted us and showed us to our site were very nice. They were process of finishing a new office/store/recroom. They have a nice pond and walk area. Very close to I-95. Definitely worth a stay.
