64 RV sites with concrete Pad and full hook ups including 30 & 50 AMP services at all sites. 500 ft elev, pull thru sites available. WI-FI available and pet friendly. We also have (14) Park Owned RVs available for rent (minimum 3 days). Our Amenitities include Laudry facility with a bathroom (no showers yet) with 5 washers and 5 dryers. A Lighted outdoor play area with Ping Pong table and Corn Hole boards for playing and a picnic table for visiting and enjoying the beautiful out doors and chilling with friends.

Come see our beautiful downtown square full of great shopping places from antiques to upscale clothing and savory sweets and treats to be found in our wonderul restuarants. We have our wonderul Lake Crook just across the street and down the road and further up HWY 271 to the North is our large lake, Pat Mayse. Only about 15 mintues away. And what is a trip to paris with out seeing the Eiffle Tower...YES! we have our very own with a little Texas flair. And next to our Eiffle Tower, is our amazing Veterans Memorial...a must see!

We stayed in one of the Park Owned RVS. It was so nice. They had it all nice and clean. Bedding and towels provided and even a nice little personalized welcome letter for us! We definitely recommend. The property manager was very helpful. This was a first for us and she made us feel like we were at home! Thank you LeAnne we had a wonderful stay
