"Great place to stray."

We have been here since the first of January. The ppl and management is grate here. It's a nice park with clean showers and amenities. Ginger is doing a really good job reshaping the park from what it used to be. There's a private pond out back you can fish without a state fishing license. The tree's are mature and beautiful. Plenty of shade. Gale the manger is super friendly and is always happy to help with questions or needs you may have. There are allot of long term residents here, us included. So if your here for a night, week or a month, it's got a good neighborhood feel. I recommend this place to anyone. We love it here and are planning on staying for quite some time. So if your coming threw colorado and in this area, I recommend staying here. Oh and they're is also on-site laundry. Vary convenient. Lots of places around for food and entertainment.

"There is a nice park just down the road from here"

My friends have lived here for years and I've visited several times. They took out the pool. They took out the security gate. They tell you to limit how much you run your AC in the summer because their wiring can't handle it, but they keep squeezing more lots in despite that. They evict people they don't like. They evict friends of people they don't like. They break their promises about scheduled rent increases and now make you sign an agreement saying they can change the rates at any time without notice. They got in over their heads and need to just sell this place to someone that knows what they're doing and has the time and funds to do it.
