With so many options and places to go, where should you find yourself this Spring? Here are a few of my favorite things to see and do in the springtime that RVers like you will love, too.
Witness Panoramic Views in Idaho.
Idaho is not always the first state you think about visiting in the Spring, but you’ll miss out on some of the most unique experiences if you pass it by. Idaho is known as the Land of Potatoes, but it’s much more than farmland. Here you’ll find an abundance of hot springs, mountains, lakes, and flowers. You can visit waterfalls and breweries all in the same day. Idaho is a nature lover’s paradise in the Spring.

Transition from Winter to Spring in Alaska.
Many people wait until Summer to visit the great state of Alaska, but watching the world come to life in one of the U.S.’s most rugged states is a beautiful process. In late Spring, visitors can expect to see the wintery grays of snow melt away, leaving beautiful scenes of greens and blues everywhere you look. Jaw-dropping waterfalls and luscious trees emerge as the world begins to warm, making Spring the best time to beat the crowds ahead of other travelers.

Prepare for Summer in Washington.
Although rainy most days of the year, Washington is home to pre-summer and Summer celebrations that bring visitors from miles around. Most towns in Washington are very walkable, but also have tons of things to do outside of town that give you a sense of adventure and inspiration. If you find yourself in this area in the Spring, be sure to look at each city’s online calendars to see what festivals and carnivals may be in town like the Wanderlust festival or Washington State Spring Fair. For a Spring celebration you won’t experience anywhere else, set your course for Washington.
