Well we have 2 names for this new Puppy; Joey Jimmy Boon, and “Pistol”, cause he sure is one, that and the Energizer Bunny! If you want to stay young, and keep on going, get a small puppy!! Oh my goodness, it has been so much fun raising this little guy. Now Sandy, our 7 year old Golden, has had to put this little guy in his place once in a while, but all in all they have a really good time together.

Each time we get to a new RV site, we go over the boundaries with both of the dogs, literally, we walk the perimeter, and then tie them up the first day, by the next several days, when we are sitting out with them, we let them off leach, but again, ONLY when we are sitting right next to them, and they stay in their site. We’ve had a few instances with the little one, after all he is still only 8 months old, then we have to tie him up again, and he gets the drift.
I love our pets, and have always been a responsible pet owner, but I have to share with you a few of our Parks “pet” peeve’s with some of our Campground Owners.

1. Please, please, Pick Up After Your Dogs, Right Away! There is nothing worse than stepping in a pile of____!

2. When you are going for walks, Dogs Must Be On Leash! No matter how good your pets are, there will always be an instance where one dog or human does not like your dog.

3. Never ever, leave your Pet outside when you are gone from your site. They always miss us, and believe it or not, they do sometimes bark for us, no one else wants to hear this.

We all love our pets, they become part of the family, please take responsibility for them, in every way.
