Society of Certified RV Professionals Recognizes RV Dealership Employees For Their Long Time Commitment

FAIRFAX, Va. - The National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) reports on this past November's convention where the Society of Certified RV Professionals honored four dealership employees who have maintained their certifications were recently recognized for their long-term commitment to professionalism in their fields. The annual RVDA reception is sponsored by Protective Asset Protection.
In addition to plaques, the honorees received leather jackets from Prime Time Manufacturing and baseball caps and polo shirts from Society chairman Mick Ferkey of Greeneway RV Sales and Service, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. The Society also provided scholarships to the honorees for them to the attend the reception and convention. "Dealerships need to showcase their fixed-ops employees to customers during the delivery process," said A World of Training Vice President David Foco, at the reception. Fixed-ops staffs work hard to train and certify in their fields, and they deserve to be recognized. Foco shared techniques for promoting the dealership’s service, parts, and warranty talent during his presentation.
