QUEENSBURY, NY - The Post Star, covering local news in Upstate New York, reports that the new water park at Lake George RV Park has opened and is a hit with campers. The multi-million dollar water park, dubbed Cascade Cove, includes a zero-entry heated swimming pool, a huge hot tub able to seat 34, and a sprayground with over 30 interactive water features including a dump bucket and an enclosed spiral waterslide.
Park president Dave King told the Post Star that the project took 10 years to design and 10 months to build. “We were watching trends in the industry and figuring out what our guests would really like,” he said. “The majority of our guests are families with that younger age group, toddler to 12. This is pretty awesome to entertain the younger set.”
