Land ’N’ Sea Releases Location For 2018 National Marine and RV Show

The Land ‘N’ Sea RV and Marine Show is set to run Oct. 18-19, 2018 at the South Point Casino in Las Vegas, according to a press release. Hosted by Pompano Beach, Fla.-based Land N Sea Distributing Inc., the event will showcase the company’s array of RV and marine products for its dealer and supplier partners. Land N Sea Distributing is a full service, wholesale only distributor, serving the marine, RV and powersports industries for over 40 years, and has been recognized as the industry leader with the most innovative marketing and dealer support programs. In 2017, the Vegas show replaced Land N Sea’s traditional gathering in January at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wis., which targeted the RV industry.
RVBusiness.com reports that the show provides more access to companies based on the West Coast while also consolidating its lineup of RV and marine products. The South Point Casino offers an 80,000-square-foot exhibit hall for displaying product along with 12 restaurants and bars, and a 40,000-square-foot spa. The agenda includes a keynote presentation while numerous seminars are also planned. According to Roaming Times' website, Tony Paigo, national director of RV sales, mentioned how having the show in Wisconsin was a timing and facility issue. But the real attraction was having a centralized, national show. “By combining this on a national level, it will also bring in additional vendors,” said Debbie Bellantoni, events operations and planning manager, pointing out how the show will expand its presence in the RV industry. This October, between 300 to 350 vendors will be setting up booths at South Point Casino’s 80,000-sq. ft. exhibit hall with an expected 800 dealerships in attendance – a 20% increase from last year.
