Easter Dinner To Be Served at Several Kentucky State Resort Parks

FRANKFORT, Ky. - Kentucky State Parks will be serving the annual Easter buffet this weekend on April 21 at 15 resort park restaurants. Several parks are also planning Easter egg hunts and other family festivities for both April 20 and 21. The menu at the resort park restaurants includes roast beef carved on the line, baked country ham, fresh fruit, garden vegetables, salad and desserts. Each of the 15 resort parks serving the buffet will also offer two additional regional entrees.
The press release from Kentucky State Parks says the price for adults will be $19.50, and children (12 and under) are $9.50, not including tax, tip or beverage. The buffet will be served starting at noon. Kenlake and Buckhorn Lake state resort parks will not be serving the Easter buffet, but will be open with their regular menu offerings. Kenlake will be open until 11 a.m. Sunday offering breakfast only.
A few locations with buffet servings and an Easter Egg Hunt include Barren River Lake State Resort Park, Carter Caves State Resort Park, Greenbo Lake State Resort Park and more.
